Seller Agreement
This Seller Agreement applies to dealers who list machinery, parts, or lease offerings on Machine Soko.
1. Eligibility
You must complete dealer onboarding, provide truthful business details and documents, and maintain an approved verification status to sell or lease on the Platform.
2. Listings
You warrant that listings you publish are accurate, that you have the right to sell or lease the goods described, and that images and documents do not infringe third-party rights.
3. Non-circumvention
For deals introduced through Machine Soko, you agree not to move the transaction off-platform to avoid Platform fees, messaging, or integrity controls for the period and scope set by Platform policy. Enforcement follows the Platform integrity ladder.
4. Communications
Use Platform messaging and documented offer flows for commercial discussions related to listings. Sharing contact details to bypass the Platform may trigger integrity enforcement.
5. Fulfilment
You must honour confirmed orders, awards, and lease bookings in good faith, including handover and return condition records where leasing applies.
6. Documents and compliance
You are responsible for keeping KYB, tax, and other compliance documents current. Expired or rejected documents may limit selling capabilities.
7. Suspension
Machine Soko may suspend or restrict seller capabilities for policy breaches, fraud risk, or unresolved disputes, subject to applicable process.
8. Changes
Material updates to this agreement are published on the Platform. Where re-acceptance is required, the grace window shown in the Seller Hub applies before new listings or bids are blocked.
